Jacob "Jake" Grant
October 15, 1987 — April 12, 2020
Jacob “Jake” Grant, age 32, of Live Oak, FL passed away Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Tampa, FL moving to Live Oak in 1989. Jake attended Suwannee High School and worked for the W.B. Howland Company. He was a hard worker and loved his job and coworkers.
He is survived by his mother and her fiancé, Sherry Grant and Anthony Ward, Live Oak, FL; three sons, Tobias Grant, Dylan Grant and Dakota Mauro; three daughters, Nevaeh Grant, Arrabella Grant and Kailyn Grant; one brother, Tyler Aaron Poultney and one sister, Christina Jacquelyne Martin.
Finalization will be by cremation.
