Jacqueline Juanita Boroughs

Jacqueline Juanita Boroughs, age 89, of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Shands UF in Gainesville, FL. She was the daughter of Kirk and Elsie Morgan Megginson. She was a native Appomattox, VA moving to Live Oak in 1996. Jackie worked as an Executive Secretary for a chemical company and was a missionary. She had her pilot’s license and loved playing the piano. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in William stop, SC. She is survived by one sister, Dorothy Harris, Appomattox, VA; four nephews and one niece, James R. Burke and wife Sheryl, Joseph R. Megginson and wife Cynthia, John C. Harris and wife Elizabeth, Kirk Harris and wife Linda, Josie Butler and husband Rick, all of Appomattox, VA. Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM Friday, May 20, 2016 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
