James Richard Konkol
April 15, 1947 — July 4, 2019
James Richard Konkol, age 72, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. He moved to Live Oak thirty years ago from Tampa, FL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked in the maintenance department for Gold Kist Poultry Plant for many years.
He is survived by one step-daughter, Becky (Leif) Hunt, Live Oak, FL; two brother, Daniel Konkol, Lakeland, FL and Edward Konkol, Live Oak, FL; two sister, Shirley Lacey, Tampa, FL and Margaret Swanson, Sitka, AK; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
