James Kelvin Parsons

James Parsons, age 55, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 in Hamilton County due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak where he worked as an Automotive Mechanic and was a member of the First Advent Christian Church. James loved the river, shopping, working on engines, riding his motorcycles and his dogs.He is survived his wife, Gina Parsons, his parents, Harvey and Faye Parsons, all of Live Oak; one step-daughter, Keara Scarborough, Lake Mary, FL; two brothers, David Wood, Port Orange, FL and Todd Parsons, Charlotte, NC; one sister, Leslie Wulf, Live Oak; one granddaughter, Skylar Guarco and several nieces and nephews.Visitation was held, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.Services were held, 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 1, 2018 in the First Advent Christian Church with Rev. Tim Carver officiating.
