James Thomas Sharp, age 84, of Live Oak, FL passed away, Saturday, June 29, 2024, at his home. He was born in Kissimmee, FL, moving to Live Oak in 2004. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He worked as an automobile mechanic and was a member of the Lock Haven Baptist Church in Kissimmee, FL and the Victory Baptist Church in Live Oak. James enjoyed hunting, collecting guns, shooting and John Deere Tractors.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nellie Sharp, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Lisa L. (Scott) Toms, St. Cloud, FL; two sons, James T. (Donna) Sharp, Jr., Kissimmee, FL; Robert W. Sharp, Jessup, GA; one sister, Jean Cole, Jessup, GA; five granddaughters and one great granddaughter.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Osceola Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kissimmee, FL with Pastor Jim Callen officiating.
