James Thomas "Tommy" Wadsworth, Jr., age 62, of Live Oak, FL, passed away, August 26, 2019. He worked as a correctional officer for the Lafayette County Correctional Institute and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Morgan, Wilmington, NC; one brother, Mark Wadsworth.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
