Jesse Alawathia James, Jr.

Jesse Alawathia James, Jr., age 89, of Live Oak, FL passed Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. He was born in Faber, Virginia moving to Live Oak in 1990 moving from Bridgeport, WV. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by three sons, Joseph (Cindy) James, Parsonsburg, MD; Jeff (Joan) James, Middletown, DE and Brian (Ellis) James of Bedford, TX; one sister, Mary Cullings, Charleston, SC; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation and viewing was held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday, February 10, 2017 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel.
