Jimmie Phillips Taylor June 13, 1941 February 28, 2010 Jimmie Phillips Taylor, age 68, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010, at his home in Live Oak, FL following a lengthy illness. The Rome, GA native moved to Live Oak, FL in 1989 from St. Petesburg, FL. He worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator. Survivors include his wife, Martha Taylor of Live Oak, FL; eight sons, Rusty Simpson, Louis Simpson, John Robert Simpson; Jimmie Taylor, Jr.; William Michael Taylor; Anthony Scott Taylor; Steven Taylor; Gilbert Taylor; two daughters, Melanie Ann Stephensen; Dawn Michelle Wilson; one brother, Robert Bryan Taylor; one sister, Peggy Holden; Thirty-three grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. As per his wishes, finalization was by cremation.
