Jimmy Davis

Jimmy Louis Davis, age 61 of Live Oak, FL passed away Wednesday evening, April 17, 2013 at his home following a lengthy illness. The Mebane, NC native moved to Live Oak in 2009 from Lake City, FL. He was a musician who was well known in the music industry for playing western music. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, the Society for the Preservation of Early County and Western Music. He loved crafts, woodwork, cooking and gardening. He is survived by his fiancé, Patsy Sexton, Live Oak, FL; three sons, John Davis, David Griggs, Daniel Griggs; three daughters, Sabrina Talley, Sarana Hall, Samantha Luloff; four brothers, Ralph Davis, Roger Davis, Bobby Davis, Gerald Davis; five sisters, Hazel Shepard, Virginia Durham, Judy Davis, Brenda Davis, Linda George; eight grandchildren.
