Jimmy Guillery Jimmy Guillery age 42, of Orlando, Florida passed away Friday, May 13, 2011 at his home in Orlando. The West Palm Beach, FL native lived in Live Oak, FL before moving to Orlando, FL in 1987. Jimmy was the Executive Chef at Planet Hollywood in Orlando, FL. He briefly served as Shaquille O’Neal’s private chef. He had an excellent reputation as a professional chef and as a result developed many lasting friendships. He loved to travel internationally and was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church of Live Oak. Survivors include his mother and step father, Pat and Jack Rogers, one brother, Mike Guillery,one sister, Debbie Williams all of Live Oak, FL and a half sister, Michelle Guillery. Visitation was held, Monday, May 23rd from 6 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Services were held, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 24th at the Westwood Baptist Church with Dr. Jimmy Deas officiating.
