John William Clements January 10, 1948*December 6, 2010 John William Clements age 62, formally of the Lake City, Live Oak area passed away Monday, December 6, 2010, at his home in Hammond, IN. The Gainesville, FL native moved to Hammond, IN a year ago from Chicago, IL. He was a self-employed carpenter, a voracious reader. Survivors include one son, John Eric (Latasha) Clements, Kernersville, WV; one daughter, Julia (Michael) Carlisle, Tacoma, Washington; his mother, Ruby Clements of Gainesville, FL; one brother, Donald (Linda) Clements, Kennesaw, GA. Visitation was held Monday, December 13th thirty minutes prior to the services from 1:30 to 2:00 PM. Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM, Monday in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery fund,19233 77th Rd., McAlpin, FL 32062.
