John Mccormick, Jr.

John William McCormick, Jr. , age 71, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at E.T. York Hospice Care Center in Gainesville, FL. He was born in Washington, DC moving to Live Oak in 1985 from McConnellsburg, PA. John worked in construction as a roofer and was Catholic by faith. He loved football, watching John Wayne movies and the Hallmark channel. He also loved his cat and dogs and listing to music.
He is survived by two daughters, Freida (Clifford) Crawford, Lake Butler, FL and Cheryl (Charles) Chambless, Live Oak, FL; one sister, Carolyn McCormick, Austin, TX and four grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
