Joseph Daniel Higginbotham

Joseph Daniel Higginbotham, age 66, of McAlpin, FL passed away, Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City following a lengthy illness. He was born in Jacksonville, FL living most of his life in Live Oak. Joseph worked in construction and loved gardening and playing his guitar. He was predeceased by his mother, Clara Higginbotham, son, Joshua Daniel Higginbotham and brother, Ray Higginbotham. He is survived by one son, Joseph Daniel Higginbotham, II, Jacksonville, FL; his father, Lannie Higginbotham, McAlpin, FL; one sister, Laura Haynes, McAlpin; grandchildren, Sutton Ann Rebecca Higginbotham, Ashley Leatha Marie Higginbotham, Taylor Michael Hunt and Elizabeth Anne Yates.
