Juan Matamoros

Juan Loreto Matamoros, age 67, of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020.  He was born in Cienfuegos, Cuba moving to Live Oak two months ago from Miami, FL.  He was a welder by trade, building trailers and in his spare time he loved fishing, doing yard work, listening to music and partying with his family and was Catholic by faith.

He is survived by his wife, Mercedes Roca, Live Oak; one son, Rene Michel (Mayrelys) Matamoros, Live Oak; two daughters, Yusi (Carlos) Matamoros and Beatriz (Ivan) Matamoros both of Live Oak; two sisters, Lourdes Alonso and Teresa Matamoros both of Cuba; seven grandchildren.

As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
