Juanita Maria Leblanc

Juanita Maria LeBlanc September 25, 1928 March 8, 2010 Juanita Maria LeBlanc, age 81, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Monday, March 8, 2010 at Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, FL following a courageous battle with cancer. She was a native of Morse, LA moving to Live Oak, FL in1982 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Juanita was a member of the Daughter’s of the Nile, Pink Ladies Auxiliary at Broward General Hospital, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; perpetual friend of Barrett Masonic Lodge #43 and member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She dedicated her life to being a wonderful and loving, wife, mother and grandmother. She was predeceased by a son, Kim LeBlanc and a daughter, Dolly Chaumont. Survivors include her husband, George Leslie “Les” LeBlanc, Dowling Park, FL; two sons, Les LeBlanc, III, Warner Robbins, GA; Mark LeBlanc, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Leah Chapin, Tallahassee, FL; one brother, Glenn LeBlanc, Houston, TX; ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held, Friday, March 12, 2010 from 5 to 7 PM at Harris Funeral Home. Graveside services were held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 13, 2010 in the Live Oak Cemetery with Father Richard Perko officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 2119 SW 16th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608.
