June Swain Weeks August 4, 1937 * February 14, 2012 June Swain Weeks, age 74 formally of Live Oak, Florida passed away Tuesday morning February 14, 2012 at her home in Dunnellon, FL following a lengthy illness. She was born in Jasper, FL living most of her life in Live Oak. June worked for the Surrey Place Nursing Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She loved to read, work puzzles, grow vegetables and had a green thumb when it came to hanging baskets. Fishing was one of her passions, along with trekking through garage and yard sales, June loved living life in general. She was predeceased by her husband Carl Weeks, a son, Robert Swain, and a grandson, Jamie Temple. Survivors include two sons, Martin Lowe, Live Oak, Fl and Jeff Lowe of Victoria, Tx; two daughters, Wanda Long of Dunnellon, Fl and Robin Swain of Live Oak, Fl. Four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. Visitation will be held Friday morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00AM at the funeral home. Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 17th, 2012 at the Graveside in the Live Oak Cemetery with Brother Wilbur Wood officiating.
