Justin Dean Mathis, age 28, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at Shands Live Oak. He was born in Gainesville, FL living all of his life in Live Oak. He worked as an installer for Touchton Heating & Air Conditioning. Justin loved the outdoors, swimming and fishing and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his parents, Stephen & Karen Mathis, Live Oak, FL; his fiancé, April Whitt, Live Oak, FL; one son, Justin Mathis, Jr., one daughter, Stephanie, his paternal grandfather, Russell Mathis, Live Oak, FL; three brothers, Stephen Dale Mathis, Jr., Jonathan Dean Mathis and Michael Terrell.
Viewing and visitation will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel.
