Karen Hendry

Karen Johnson Hendry, age 78, of Live Oak, FL passed away, January 15, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born in Marshallville, GA living most of her life in Live Oak, FL. She worked as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Hendry Family farm and was a member of the Westwood Baptist Church. Karen enjoyed reading but mostly her Bible. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Charles Hendry, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Monissa (Chad) Mobley, Ft. White, FL and her grandson, Mason Mobley.
Visitation was held 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Monday, January 20, 2025, in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 27, 2025, in the Marshallville Cemetery in Marshallville, GA.
