Kelly Renee Fletcher

Kelly Renee Fletcher, age 45, of Live Oak, FL passed away, Thursday, August 17, 2017. She was a native of Muncie, IN where she lived most of her life before moving to Live Oak in April of this year. Kelly graduated from Muncie Central Bear Cats in Muncie, IN. She was also a graduate of Ivy Tech and was a member of the Honor Society and PHI Theta Kappa. She is survived by her husband, Darryl Fletcher, Live Oak; one daughter, Jennifer Fletcher and Daryl Ball, Live Oak; her mother, Shirley Faye Herbert, Muncie, IN; one sister, Tracy Herbert-Masters, Muncie, IN; two grandchildren, Patricia and Benjamin. As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
