Kurt Charles Beckleman, age 74, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away, Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center / Haven Hospice, in Lake City, Florida following a lengthy illness. He was born in Staten Island, NY, moving to Live Oak, in 2017, from Oklahoma. Kurt was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Vietnam War before moving to Live Oak, where he found his passion, working with animals at Mystic Jungle.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
