Larry Carroll

Larry Nelson Carroll, age 69, of Live Oak, FL, passed away, Sunday, July 21, 2019 in the Lake City V.A. Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak where he worked as senior crew chief for the Suwannee County Road Department. Larry was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, reading and spending time with his grandkids. He was Baptist by faith.
He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Ruth Carroll and a brother, Wayne Carroll.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Carroll, Live Oak; three daughters, Jennifer (Gary) Blevins, Lake City, FL; Lori (Mark) Torres, Live Oak and Tammy Carroll, Phoenix, AZ; one brother, Linton (Brenda) Carroll, Live Oak; one sister, Debra (Charles) Floyd, McAlpin, FL, a sister-in-law, Vickie Carroll, Live Oak; four grandchildren, Annabelle and Virginia Blevins, Alexander and Nicholas Torres.
Visitation will be held, Thursday, July 25th from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral services were held 10:00 AM, Friday, July 26, 2019, in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Doug Priestap officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
