Lawrence Clifton Layton, Sr., age 62, of McAlpin, FL passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018. He was born in Binghamton, NY moving to McAlpin, FL in 2010 from Orlando, FL. He was an entrepreneur, and was known as “Mr. Fixit”, working and fixing anything he could for everyone and was better known as, “The man with the master plan”.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Layton, McAlpin, FL; second mother; Mary Isaacson, Orlando, FL, three sons; Lawrence Layton, Jr, William (Oda) Price, Wellborn, FL and Jason (Chelsea) Price, Georgia; four daughters, Tiffany Short, Tonya (Brian) Helms and Andrea Guzman all of Orlando, FL and De-Etta (Larry) Call, NC; four brothers, Robert (Joy) Layton and William Layton both of Orlando, FL; James (Bonnie) Gregory, Kissimmee, FL and John Gregory, Binghamton, NY; one sister, Lori Layton, Illinois; twenty five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Many loved nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10:30 AM in Calvary Chapel, 5015 Goddard Avenue, Orlando, FL with Pastor Will Ramirez officiating.
