Lillian Boatright Wilson, age 86, of Live Oak, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at Shands Live Oak. She was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak where she worked for many years as the librarian for the Suwannee County School System. She was a member of the Clayland Baptist Church. She loved gardening and cooking, but most of all, she loved and adored her family. She is survived by two sons, Dale Baker, Live Oak; Barry & Monica Baker, Live Oak; three daughters, Gale & Rick Tyre and Myra & Toby Brock all of Live Oak and Mary & Don Tyre, St. Augustine, FL; five brothers, John Alfred (Annette) Boatright, Jacksonville, FL; Allen “Pete” (Alice) Boatright and Sherwood Boatright both of Live Oak; Ronald (Ingrid) Boatright, Orange Park, FL; Spessard (Joann) Boatright, Tallahassee, FL; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 16, 2017 in the Clayland Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Lawhon and Rev. Doyle Bell officiating. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery.
