Louie “Bud” Huffstutler July 25, 1942 July 9, 2009 Louie “Bud” Huffstutler, 66 of Live Oak, Florida passed away Thursday, July 9, 2009, at his home in Live Oak, FL following a brief illness. He was a native of Jasper, Alabama and moved to Live Oak, FL in 1986 from Melbourne, FL. Bud worked for Wiley Sanders Trucking Company. He was a US Army veteran E-5 having served three tours in Vietnam. He was a member of the VFW in Lake City, FL and in his spare time enjoyed fishing. Bud was an artist and his beautiful artwork will be treasured for many years to come by his family. He will be deeply missed by his family and most of all by his grandchildren whom he idolized. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Huffstutler, Live Oak, FL; one son, Mark Kelly, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Kim Cole, Live Oak, FL; one brother, O’Neal Huffstutler, Huntsville, AL; one sister, Millie King, Sylvania, AL; three grandchildren. Services were held 4:30 PM Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at the Wellborn Baptist Church with Dr. Donald Minshew officiating. Interment was held in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
