Lucille Cromer

Lucille Cromer, age 84, of Live Oak, FL passed away Thursday morning, September 25, 2014 at the Surrey Place Care Center following a lengthy illness. She was born in Williston, FL moving to Live Oak in 1992 from Jacksonville, FL. Lucille worked as a head cashier for Publix retiring in 1992. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, a Girl Scout Leader and above all else, she was a wonderful, loving, caring and devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was Methodist by faith. She is survived by two daughters, Lydia Bush, Live Oak, FL; Martha Hartman, Umatilla, FL; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 3:00 PM, in the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church with Father Donald Woodrum officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the St. Luke’s Memorial Fund Labyrinth, P.O. Box 1238, Live Oak, FL 32064.
