Lucy Jo Todd

Lucy Jo Todd, age 83, of Wellborn, FL, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at HCA North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville, FL.  She was born in Lexington, KY moving to Live Oak, FL in 1981 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  She was a license practical nurse and was of the Baptist faith.  Lucy loved her pets, shopping, cooking and storytelling. Above all else, she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren with all her heart.

She was predeceased by her parents, Douglas and Mildred Jobe; her husband, Donald Todd, Sr. and a grandson, Donald Wayne Todd, III.

She is survived by four sons, Donald Wayne (Tammy) Todd, Jr., Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Ronald Blaine (Karin) Todd, Live Oak, FL; Joseph David Todd, Wellborn, FL and Charles Bronston Todd, Live Oak, FL; eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Friday, November 10, 2023, in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Rev. James Carrier officiating.  Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lake City, FL.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services from 1:30 to 2:30 PM at the funeral home.
