Lynn E. Coen, age 61, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Saturday October 2, 2010 in Shands @ UF in Gainesville, FL following a courageous battle with cancer. The Bricktown, NJ native moved to Live Oak FL in 1978 from Scranton, PA. Lynn was a License Practical Nurse and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include four sons, Scott (Mary Ann) Coen, Monticello, FL; Kenneth Coen & Sean Coen both of Jacksonville, FL; Brian Coen of Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Ann Marie Downs, Live Oak, FL; two brothers, Cliff (Joyce) Akerlund, N.C.; Neil (Maureen) Akerlund, Bricktown, NJ; three sisters, Donna Parker, Dowling Park, FL; Terry (Jim) Smoyak, Las Vegas, NV; Chris (Richard) Davis, Live Oak, FL; five grandchildren.
As per her wishes, finalization was by cremation.
