Lynne Marable

Lynne Clayton Marable, age 58 of Live Oak, FL passed away Wednesday morning, December 11, 2013 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, FL following a courageous battle with cancer. She was a native of Miami, FL moving to Live Oak in 1956. She loved teaching and was the Suwannee Vo-Tech Teacher of the Year 2001-2002. Lynne loved to travel and baking, especially Christmas cookies. She also enjoyed scrap booking and spending time with her family. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by one son, Matt (Tori) Marable, Jasper, FL; one daughter, Megan Harrell, Jasper, FL; one sister, Nancy (Mark) Sullivan, Alachua, FL; one grandson, Blake Harrell. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at the church. Memorial services were held 4:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Live Oak with Rev. Steve Sweitzer officiating.
