Marjorie Bartley of Live Oak, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 13th, 2023 in the HCA North Florida Hospital. She was born in Old Town, Maine on January 28th, 1935 to Violet (Shay) Francis and Burt Francis. She would later reside with them and her 8 siblings in Indian Island, Maine.

In 1956, she would marry her husband, Charlie Bartley, in Bangor, Maine and together have 4 sons, Kenneth, Richard, Danny, and Robert. The two would find themselves traveling often due to Charlie's military work, even going overseas to Japan. They would eventually settle in Florida, where she could relax and watch over her family.
She is survived by her son, Richard Bartley, her grandchildren, Jared, Taylor, Melissa, and Erica Bartley, and her great-grandson, Carson Bartley.
Graveside services will be held, 2:00 PM, Friday, February 24, 2023 in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.
