Mary Lillian Evans

Mary Lillian Evans, age 80, of Live Oak, FL passed away Friday, September 11, 2015 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. She was born in Cordele, GA moving to Live Oak three years ago from Hollywood, FL. She worked for the School system as a registrar/clerk and was a member of the Church of Christ in McAlpin. She is survived by her husband, Melvin Evans, Live Oak; two sons, Dale (Marie) Walker, Live Oak; James (Denise) Walker, Clifton, VA; one daughter, Gail (Glen) Blasingim, Aurora, CO; two sisters, Jean (Alan) Morris, Cordele, GA; Frances Poole, Hollywood, FL; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Services were held, 2:00 PM Monday, September 14, 2015 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bob Johnson officiating. Interment was held, 2:00 PM Thursday, September 17th in the Hollywood Memorial Gardens in Hollywood, FL.
