Mary Creech Howard, age 65, of Live Oak, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Haven Hospice in Lake City following a lengthy illness. She was born in Madison, FL living most of her life in Live Oak and was a member of Mt. Olive Church of Christ. Mary enjoyed reading, cross-word puzzles and crocheting. She loved Elvis and was a movie buff, especially westerns and Gone with the Wind. Her most treasured moments was the time she spent with her family.
She was predeceased by her father, Roy Creech and a brother, Buddy Creech.
She is survived by her husband, Elwood Ray Howard, Live Oak; one daughter, Cindy (Billy) Carter, Valdosta, GA; her mother, Ethel Creech, Live Oak; one brother, Johnny (Linda) Creech, Live Oak; three grandsons, Brian, Scotty and Travis Connell.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in the Mt. Olive Church of Christ Cemetery with Rev. Ewing officiating.
