Mary Pearl Rankin

Mary Pearl Rankin, age 83, of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at her home following a lengthy illness.  She was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak working in real-estate with Century 21 in the 1980's before owning and operating Rankin Realty for many years.  Mary Pearl was an avid card player, playing whenever she could just to be with her family and friends. She enjoyed decorating cakes, working in her yard with plants and flowers and spending time with her family.  Her most treasured moments were the times she spent with her grandchildren.

She is survived by four sons, Wiley (Vanesa) Grantham, Lake City, FL; Greg (Teri) Grantham, Bill Grantham and Jock Rankin all of Live Oak, FL; three sisters, Ann (Wayne) Gude and Linda Walther both of Live Oak, FL; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.

Visitation was held, Friday, January 27, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held 4:00 PM, Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the First Advent Christian Church with Rev. Tim Carver officiating.  Interment followed in the Live Oak cemetery.
