Max Loyd Denson, age 83 of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday evening, July 20, 2013 at Lake City Medical Center. He was born in Lindsey, Oklahoma moving to Live Oak in the mid 1980’s from Raiford, FL. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Correctional Officer with the State of Florida. He loved to fish and travel. Max enjoyed listening to and attending Gospel sings, but above all he dearly loved his family. His grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren were his greatest joys.
He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Nell Ward Denson.
He is survived by one son, Max (Kim) Denson, Tallahassee, FL; one daughter, Belinda (Bill) Tuten, Beverly Hills, FL; one brother, Rex Denson, Garden Grove, CA; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
