Mead Manning Worley, of Live Oak, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. He was born in Glen Hedrick, WV moving to Live Oak in 2005 from West Melbourne, FL. He was a retired Master Sergeant and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Korean and Vietnam War. He was an independent contractor master carpenter and loved making clocks and observing wildlife. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Worley and a daughter, Deborah Pommier. He is survived by one son, Ricky (Janine) Worley, Deerfield Beach, FL; three daughters, Sandara Minor, Angela Beveridge and Vicky (David) Duckwiler all of Live Oak; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services were held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tim Carver officiating. Interment will be held, Wednesday in the Florida Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rockledge, FL.In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, 4899 Belfort Road #300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
