Michael Retalic

Michael Wayne Retalic., age 66, of McAlpin, FL, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Lake City Medical Center following a brief illness.  He was born in Bardin, FL moving to Live Oak, FL in 2019 from Palatka, FL.   Michael worked in construction and enjoyed hunting, drawing and making walking sticks.  He had a wonderful personality and never met a stranger.

He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Mary Jo Retalic, McAlpin; two sons, Joe Mike Retalic, Palatka, FL and David Scott (Teasie) Retalic, Live Oak, FL; two daughters, Lindy Michelle Nail, Pomona Park, FL and Lacy Lachelle Carreras, Live Oak, FL; thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
