Mildred Faye Yarick July 16, 1934 * November 19, 2011 Mildred Faye Yarick, age 77, of Live Oak, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. She was a native of Kinston, NC moving to Live Oak in 1987 from Tampa, FL. Mildred was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her husband, Philip Yarick, Live Oak, FL; one son, Daniel (Dorne) Yarick, Raliegh, NC; one daughter, Barbara Mitchell, Chehalis, Washington; three sisters, Minnie Pagayoyo, Temple Hills, MD; Peggy Giroux, Springfield, MASS and Carolyn Leonye, Loganville, GA; one grandchild and two great grandchildren. As per her wishes finalization was by cremation.
