Nadine Francis Skinner

Nadine Francis Skinner July 28, 1929 * August 26, 2011 Nadine Francis Skinner age 82, of Live Oak, Florida passed away Friday, August 26, 2011 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. The Iowa native moved to Live Oak in 1974 from Jacksonville, FL. Nadine worked as a handicap aid and enjoyed refinishing furniture and gardening. She was a member of the Pine Grove Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, L.D. Skinner, a daughter, Patricia Woods and a son, Daniel Skinner. Survivors include two sons, Larry (Fran) Skinner of Bryceville, FL; Robert (Clara) Skinner, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Cathy (Art) Lloyd, Trussville, AL; a daughter in law, Jeanetta Skinner, Starke, FL; one brother, Otis Christensen, Titusville, FL, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Visitation was held Monday, August 29th from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services were held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 30, 2011 in the Pine Grove Methodist Church. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery.
