Naomi Barnett Stamper
January 7, 1925 — March 9, 2022
Naomi Barnett Stamper, age 97, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at her home in O'Brien, Florida. She was a native and life-long residence of O'Brien, Florida. Naomi was a nurse (LPN) working at the V.A. Hospital and nursing homes in the area for many years and was a member of the Union Baptist Church. She loved working with ceramics and crafts.
She is survived by one son, Homer Stamper, Jr. (Gail), two daughters, Carolyn Greene (Ronald), and Virginia Sutton all of O'Brien, FL, one brother, Lex Barnett (Clarice), CO, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, March 11, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Union Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Humphries officiating. Interment followed in church cemetery.
