Noe Cortez Garcia, age 25, of Mayo, FL passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was a native of Oaxaca, Mexico moving to Mayo in 2013 from Mexico. James worked in the pine straw business and was Catholic by faith.
He is survived by his parents, Agustin Cortez Garcia and Celedonia Josefina Garcia, Oaxaca, Mexico; five brothers, Ismael Cortez Garcia, Dalecio Cortez Garcia, Mauricio Cortez Garcia, Gerardo Cortez Garcia, Servino Cortiz Garcia; seven sisters, Roselia Cortez Garcia,Isabel Cortez Garcia, Micaela Cortez Garcia, Maria Cortez Garcia, Josefa Cortez Garcia, Francisca Cortez Garcia and Veronica Cortez Garcia.
Funeral services were held in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel, Monday, May 14th at 7:00 PM. He will be shipped to Oaxaca, Mexico for burial.
