Pamela Sue Leskoviansky, age 52, of O’Brien, FL passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Shands Live Oak following a lengthy illness. She was born in Warren, Michigan, moving to O’Brien, FL one year ago from Thonotosossa, FL. She is survived by her companion, David Alan Iler, O’Brien; two sons, Dakota Leskoviansky and Joshua Jenkins; two daughters, Amber and Ashley; her mother, Mona Johnson; one brother, Patrick Oglesby and one sister, Romona Conklin. As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
