Patrick Barley, 63, of Live Oak, FL passed away April 30, 2009 his home. The Paris, France native moved to Live Oak six months ago from Lake City. He was a payroll clerk for the Veterans Administration office.
He is survived by his fiancé, Carol Hutchings of Live Oak.
