Ltc. Patsy Martin Farro age 83, of Live Oak, FL, passed away early Tuesday morning, October 1, 2013 at Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL following a lengthy illness. The Newark, NJ native moved to Live Oak, in 2003 from Hollywood, FL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean conflict as a Ltc. and was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, the Live Oak Elks Lodge BPOE #1165 for thirty years and the Reserve Officer’s Association.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Farro, Live Oak; five daughters, Theresa (Albert) Ellershaw, Cocoa Beach, FL; Florence (David) Roper, Live Oak; Sheila (Greg) Gordon, Edwards, CO; Michele (Joe) Gagne, West Palm Beach, FL; Patrice Moffat, McAlpin, FL; eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
