Paul Freund, age 63, of Live Oak, FL passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 at Shands UF in Gainesville, FL. He was a native of Queens, NY moving to Live Oak in 1998 from Jacksonville, FL. He worked as the facility maintenance director for Head Start and loved collecting model trains.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Freund, Live Oak, FL; one son, Theodore Williams, Texas; two daughters, Emilia Menendez, Jacksonville, FL and Kari Hughes, Live Oak, FL; two brothers, Christopher Freund, Live Oak, FL and Peter Freund, New York; two sisters, Elizabeth Knight, North Carolina and Laura Amaral, New York; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
