Pauline Elner Ross

Pauline Elner Ross June 13, 1935 April 9, 2010 Pauline Elner Ross age 74, of Bell, FL passed away Friday, April 9, 2010, at Haven Hospice Tri Counties in Chiefland, FL. The Auburn Heights, MI native moved to Bell, FL in 1989 from Glennie, MI. Before retiring she worked for many years as a secretary for the family construction business. She was an accomplished pianist and all-round musician. She was the church pianist and also taught piano lessons and was dearly loved by all of her students. Pauline was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother; she will be missed dearly by all who knew her. She was predeceased by a son, Bruce Ross; two grandsons, Timothy Harmon and James “Hambone” Cooper, III. Survivors include her husband, Henry “Hank” Ross of Bell, FL one daughter, Brenda (James) Cooper of Old Town, FL; one son, Ed (Debra) Harmon of Glennie, MI; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Visitation was held Monday, April 12, 2010 from 5:00 till 7:00 PM at Harris Funeral Home. Funeral services were held, 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in Rock Sink Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Cranford officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery in Old Town, FL.
