Phillip Baxley

Phillip Larry Baxley, age 81, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away, April 22, 2026, at his home following a lengthy illness.  He was born in Donalsonville, GA, moving to Live Oak in 1978.  He worked as a supervisor for PCS for many years and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.

He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Jewel Baxley; two sisters, Betty Hodges and Patricia Dancer; one brother, Ronnie Baxley.

He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Baxley, Live Oak, FL; one son, Brannon (Anita) Baxley, O'Brien, FL; one daughter, Shannon (Gary) Heller, Huntington Beach, CA; one grandson, Luke Baxley; sister-in-law, LaRue Baxley, Tallahassee, FL and his favorite nieces.

As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
