Phillip Cooper

Phillip C. Cooper, age 57, of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at his home. He was a native of Sylvester, GA moving to Live Oak in 2007 from Tallahassee, FL. He had his own tool repair services and was a car enthusiast. He is survived by his long-time companion, Susan Janes, Live Oak; one daughter, Heather Fleming, Cordell, GA; three brothers, Daryl Cooper, Bacon ton, GA; Harold Cooper, Camilla, GA; Jerry Cooper, Albany, GA; two sisters, Bonnie Goss, Leesburg, GA; Joyce Henry, Albany, GA. As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
