Prapa Guthrie

Prapa Guthrie age 83, of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday, August 24, 2013 at her home. She was born in Bangkok, Thailand moving to Live Oak in 1997 from Zephyrhills, FL. She was an avid gardener, cook and seamstress and a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Buddhist Meditation Center in Kissimmee, FL and was a devout Buddhist. She is survived by her husband, James Guthrie, Live Oak, FL; two sons, Monthree Singsainee and Rapin Sornsong both of Thailand; four daughters, Rin Hogan, Baton Rouge, LA; Lek Sornsong, St. Pete, FL; Unchalee Nakajima, Australia; Doon Charoenpan, Leesburg, FL; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 29, 2013 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Wat Florida Dhammaram officiating.
