Ralph Kessel Hall, age 94, of Live Oak, FL passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Lake City V.A. Medical Center. He was a native of Charleston, WV moving to Live Oak in 2009 from Washington, DC. Ralph raised two children in the Washington, DC area. He was active in his church and home owners association. He liked to bowl, golf and hunt. He and his wife LaVanche built beautiful gardens and constructed stone walls, patios, decks, and pergolas. They loved to travel and spend time with family and friends. He was a veteran of the Airforce serving during WWII mostly in the Pacific.
He is preceded in death by his mother Dulcie Grace Morgan and his wife LaVanche Hall.
He is survived by his son, Steve (Darlene) Hall, Live Oak, FL and one daughter, Grace (James) Phillips, Arlington, VA, one grandson, Eric (Rebekha) Shaw and one great-granddaughter Renate Shaw, Arvada, CO.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 10:30 AM, in the Live Oak Christian Church with burial in the Bixler Memorial Gardens, East in Dowling Park, Florida.
