Ralph Edward Polnicky, age 74, of Ocklawaha, FL passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the Live Oak Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Live Oak, FL, following a lengthy illness. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, living most of his life in Oklahoma before moving to Ocklawaha, FL in 2020. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Vietnam War as an E-5 staff sergeant. He worked as a sea captain on ships, loved boating and was also an airplane pilot. Ralph loved spending time with his dog, “Missy”.
