Raymond P. Cannarella

Raymond P. Cannarella, age 78, of The Villages, FL passed away, Thursday, April 6, 2017. Ray was born and raised in Hartford, CT, was an Army veteran and retired from the FBI in 2002 after 37 ½ years of services as an Electronics Technician. Ray lived his life to the fullest and was an avid bicyclist (almost 200,000 lifetime miles) outdoorsman (hunting/fishing), golfer and table tennis player. Most of all, he loved the Lord and studying the Bible and was an active member of his Sunday School class. He is survived by his loving wife and tandem “stoker” Linda Cannarella of 51 ½ years of marriage; son, John and daughter-in-law Amy and grandchildren Moriah, Sam and Luke of Connersville, IN; brother Joe (Mary Jo), Nashua, NH; sister Frances Mackey, Jupiter, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. Ray will be missed by friends and loved ones, but his legacy will be his positive outlook on life, his sense of humor and his love for his wife. Private family graveside services were held in the Rocky Sink Baptist Church Cemetery on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
